We are focusing on the Reading theme Voices of the Revolution, which is an integral part of our American History which integrates Social Studies.. The comprehension skills that will be covered for this theme are: Author’s View Point and Cause and Effect.

In Science we will be covering Classifying Organisms.

In Math we are comparing and ordering whole numbers and numbers in expanded forms. Students are using data about life situations to make predictions and justify their reasoning. In addition, we will continue to review for all tested subjects for our last iReady Assessment.

Homework is still assigned daily, please encourage students to return work when it is due. Parents we are requesting your support with your child to continue to Read, Review, Practice and Study. Please remind students to demonstrate appropriate behavior at school. We want the students to stay on task during instruction. Continue to ensure your child is reading at home daily and practicing math facts. Please review agendas for comments from teachers and initial daily.
