Greetings Ridgewood Park Tigers,

Welcome to another successful school year at Ridgewood Park Elementary. Congratulations to our students, teachers, and parents on a job well done! Our school grade improved from a "D" to a "C". We have all worked really hard to provide a supportive environment for our students to be successful and reach their full potential.

The high standards of excellence that we hold for each and every student is shared throughout our school community. Our goal and responsibility is to help each student to develop an enthusiasm for learning, a respect for self and others, and the skills to become a creative independent thinker and problem solver.

I am the proud principal of Ridgewood Park Elementary School. We have some of the best students, teachers, parents, and community in all of Orange County. We will continue our intense focus on student achievement and fostering a strong partnership with our community. It is said, “It takes a village to raise a child”, and we are truly a village raising our children. Remember, at Ridgewood Park, we are changing the way we think and learn to prepare for our future.

We are “Committed to Excellence”, and we work hard every day to make this a reality for our students. One of our goals this year is to improve the communication between students, teachers, and parents and other members of our community. You can expect to receive weekly class newsletters from your child's teacher, sunshine phone calls, or emails to keep you abreast of your child's progress. If there is anything that you would like to share with us about your child, please do not hesitate to contact us.
